Christmas week is here and wow, I have a lot of baking yet to do.... Today I'll be on cookies galore, then next couple days I'll make some of the bigger treats. I thought it would be fun to share my actual Christmas menu, which includes some MaureenAbood.com recipes and some Maureen-wings-it recipes. I hope you'll share what's cooking and baking with you, especially on social (Instagram, Facebook) where you tag me so I can see and enjoy with you!
We'll have a (large) gathering of both Dan's family and mine, which all feels like one same big happy Lebanese family! Everyone brings a favorite dish, and the menu looks like this:
Mezze: hummus, labneh, olives, pickles, bread
Roast Tenderloin (Ina Garten's way, low and slow at 275°F. Perfect every time)
Dessert buffet is equally important . . . Cheesecake from my sister-in-law, baklawa, cookies, pecan pie bars, banana cream pie, and Buche de Noel cake that I enjoy making on Christmas Eve along with cinnamon rolls for Christmas morning.
Also, gift-shopping can still happen here! Check out our Gift Cards for a great way to gift someone the opportunity to have fun shopping the Market.
Bless your hands,
All of the Kibbeh Recipes.
Baked, poached in yogurt sauce, raw, tomato, potato, pumpkin, little fried bites, all.
