Lovin' the dai-pai-dong style of this place in Lingshui and the food was excellent. We were recommended this salted goose and it was certainly a worthy pick as it reminded me of the Cantonese white-cut style of making chicken. Don't need too many spices - simple salt is all that's needed for a delicacy!
