Article Icon 1Trump, Harris Visiting Texas Today

Former President Donald Trump is coming to Austin to record an episode for Joe Rogan's podcast, while Vice President Kamala Harris will attend a rally in Houston with Willie Nelson and pop star Beyonce.

The two events highlight a pronounced gender gap between the candidates. Polls consistently show Trump with a double-digit lead among men, while Harris holds a similar lead among women.

Rogan's podcast has a large following among men. He previously supported independent candidate Robert Kennedy Jr., who dropped out and endorsed Trump in August.

Meanwhile, Harris will appear with Beyonce at a rally in Houston. Her campaign has featured Beyonce's 2016 song "Freedom" as her walk-out music during campaign stops.

Article Icon 1Execution Stalled While Debate Rages

Gov. Greg Abbott and Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton criticized legislative actions that blocked last Thursday's scheduled execution of Robert Roberson, the East Texas man convicted of killing his two-year-old daughter in 2002.

In a Monday filing with the Texas Supreme Court, Abbott asserted that the state legislature usurped his authority in issuing a subpoena for Roberson to testify, delaying the execution.

Paxton also issued a public statement Wednesday, arguing that Roberson's daughter died from repeated physical abuse and not "shaken baby syndrome," which Roberson's supporters claim he is falsely accused of.

Yesterday, Roberson's legal team released a 27-page rebuttal to Paxton's statement, highlighting what they claim are twelve misrepresentations from the Attorney General. While the debate continues, Roberson's fate remains in limbo.

Article Icon 1Dead Candidate Runs Unopposed

Only one candidate is on the ballot for Kleberg County's Constable Precinct 1 race, but he won't be taking office. He died almost two months ago.

Bill Hack, the Republican incumbent who ran unopposed, died from a stroke on August 26, after the deadline for ballot changes. After the election, the County Commissioners Court will appoint Hack's successor.

On the same ballot, the candidates for the Riviera ISD school board were left off when the district missed the deadline to submit the names of those running. Voters can still write in their choices.

Final Day: Invest in the 'Infinite' Energy Source Backed by the US Navy & NASA

Few industries demand reliable power in more extreme places than the military. Whether it's deep under the ocean or reaching into space, traditional fuels don't cut it. That's why the US Navy, Air Force, and even NASA are turning to one company.

Meet Infinity Fuel.

Their patented hydrogen fuel cell technology generates power by turning hydrogen and oxygen into water and back again, creating an "infinite" cycle of energy. It's so powerful that it can 10X the range of the Navy's underwater drones compared to batteries—and also operate in zero-oxygen environments like space.

No wonder they've earned over $50M in contracts from NASA, commercial space companies, and the military.

Now, you have just a few hours left to be part of their growth as an early investor

The company is eyeing $19B in commercial markets, from hydrogen cars to space missions (they were recently the first fuel cell onboard a Blue Origin space launch).

They've already reserved the Nasdaq ticker 'IFCH', but you can invest today.

Don't wait, because this deal ends at midnight tonight. Become an Infinity shareholder now.
