So sorry that I missed you with a new recipe last week! Hoping that I can make it up with this true 30-minute dinner option. The Gochujang sauce is spicy, tangy, a bit creamy, and just so flavourful and umami-packed.I love a saucy noodle stir fry and always find myself wanting to load it up with chopped vegetables. This recipe does exactly that plus some shelled edamame for plant-based protein. I used brown rice and millet-based ramen noodles here, but any noodle you have should work well.Hope you love this easy vegan meal!
