Cook once, eat twice! Make a batch of Baked BBQ Chicken breasts and have them with a side of Roasted Cauliflower (both at 425°F), then reserve two chicken breasts to make your BBQ Chicken Pizza.
You'll use carrots as a side to Miso Salmon, and in healthy Cabbage Soup.
