Happy December!!

Today I'm sharing more of my favorite Christmas recipes with you. Among them are a few of my favorite traditional German Christmas cookies as well as a cookie recipe I developed after I moved to the U.S. that features the three traditional Christmas colors in the form of white chocolate, dried cranberries (or cherries) and pistachios - they're soooo yummy!

I'm also sharing some traditional pastries from Denmark that are SO fun to make and even more fun to eat! :) We were just in Denmark in September visiting some ancestral sites, including a historic schoolhouse where a great-grandfather worked as the village teacher (pics in the blog post). These traditional pastries date back to the Middle Ages and are still very much an important part of Danish culture. If you've never had them, or have never made them yourself, you're in for a treat!

Happy Baking! :)

Love,
Kimberly
