Coconut Date Balls. Just don't tell them there are dates in here and watch them go! Stovetop and ready fast. One of the most delicious bites of the holidays.
Lebanese Butter Cookies. Ghraybeh, melt-in-your-mouth. Main thing is to use solid (cold-cool) clarified butter. Shortcut: buy a jar of butter ghee!
Thumbprint Cookies. Get jars of your favorite jams and go, with this really really good cream cheese cookie dough.
