Request for Proposal: Rural Community Health Center Apprenticeship Grant Letter of Intent to Apply deadline: n/a Application deadline: December 30, 2023, 11:59 PM Eligible Applicants: Eligible applicants are federally qualified health centers and nonprofit associations of community health centers that are operating registered apprenticeship programs at FQHCs located in rural Minnesota outside of the Twin Cities Seven County Metro Area (Anoka, Carver, Dakota, Hennepin, Ramsey, Scott, and Washington.) The applicant does not need to be located in greater Minnesota but must use the funds to support registered apprenticeship programs at FQHCs located in rural parts of the state.
