Only turmeric rhizomes are widely used, be it in cooking or making latte (using ground turmeric). The leafy part of the turmeric are used sparingly in making rendang. But this one pot meal, turmeric leaves stir-fry (tumis daun kunyit) originated from Indonesia, is so delicious and appetising, that you will be looking forward to have repeats.
