Dear ooseims.archieves@blogger.com
I hope this email finds you well and enjoying the beginning of one of my favorite times of year: mango season! Here in India, you'll start seeing mangoes at the markets beginning in April until around July or August, depending on the region. The exact timing can vary from year to year and from region to region, as different varieties of mangoes have different ripening seasons.
As mango enthusiast, I am always looking for new and exciting ways to incorporate mangoes into my recipes. And what better way to do that than with a delicious and tangy Mango Pickle (Aam ka Achar)?!?
This recipe has been passed down through generations in my family and I am thrilled to share it with all of you. It's simple to make and only requires a few ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry. So long as you have access to some good green mangoes, a bevy of Indian herbs and spices, salt, and oil, you're ready to go.
This Punjabi Mango Pickle is perfect with rice, parathas, or even as a condiment to spice up your sandwiches. It's sure to be a hit with your family and friends.
I hope you give this recipe a try and let me know how it turns out for you. If you have any questions or suggestions for future recipes, please feel free to reply to this email.
Thank you for your continued support, and happy cooking!
