๐ŸŽ‰ Weekly Update September 25th, 2022 ๐ŸŽ‰

Hey there reader,

I hope you had a wonderful weekend. This past week was INSANE with sports, dance, and a school dance - I couldn't wait until Saturday. Mike and I went to our favorite fancy restaurant to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It was so amazing to sit in an atmosphere that was quiet and relaxing.

Today, I will prep our meals for the week and get some soups in the freezer for dinners down the road.

Believe it or not, I've learned to make meal prep a relaxing activity. Even though I'm on my feet for a few hours and "working," I have my Airpods in, listen to podcasts, or watch trash tv while I cook, and I love it.

Also, real quick. I'm super excited about this. You might remember we did two challenges (smoothie and mason jar salad) this past summer in the OYS Facebook group.

They were so awesome!

Anyway, I spent the last 6-8 weeks putting together a brand new 10-day healthy eating challenges kit that includes the smoothie challenge, the mason jar salad challenge, an overnight oats challenge, and a healthy dinner challenge. It also has a calendar and check-off sheets with extra habits.

I just got a final edit this past week, which looks fantastic. I know it's going to be so helpful, and you're going to LOVE it. It will be available for purchase next week, so stay tuned.

Okay, let's get to our weekly newsletter.
