Weekly Update (Weigh-in, Meal Plan, & More) June 12th, 2022

Hey there reader!

This is the last week of school for my girls! Yay! I don't know if it's because we were coming off a couple of years at home learning and shutdowns, but this school year was one of our busiest seasons. It was a great year, and my kids hit many milestones, but I am ready for a break!

I've said numerous times that taking time to stock my freezer with some healthy foods is a must for the beginning of the summer. Usually, my freezer is busting at the seams with breakfast burritos, baked oatmeal, steel-cut oats, green smoothie kits, energy balls and muffins, and packages of chicken marinades.

But I haven't had any time. So, this week I'm going to be playing catch-up. I'm going to start with breakfast burritos and baked oatmeal cups because my kids look for those the most. Then I'll take a day to get some freezer snacks made. I'm not too worried about dinner, but breakfast and snacks are a must.
