So fresh, flavourful and easy! A new favourite.
Everyone needs a classic or ✨classic-ish✨ coleslaw recipe and this is my version. Cabbage, carrots and kale tangle up with fresh dill, a creamy mustard dressing, a good sprinkle of celery seed, and tangy white wine vinegar. All of that familiar flavour with an extra mustard-y twist and zero mayo, so it's a little more appropriate for those hot summer cookouts!
This is the kind of recipe that I get fixated on and just keep making all summer long. I hope that this slaw can do that for you! It's a great side for grilled veggie sausages/burgers, and extra nice as a little heap in a grain bowl. I love that it relies on simple methods and about 10 ingredients.
