~ Maghrabia, Lebanese Couscous ~ I'm so happy to share Lebanese-style couscous in my shop! This pearl couscous is a form of pasta made from semolina flour. It cooks up just the same too: in a pot of salted, boiling water. I'm keeping cooked Lebanese couscous at the ready in the fridge, to toss into salads like the new recipe I shared yesterday, or to add to a saute of vegetables as a pilaf side dish.
