πŸ“Š How grocery shopping looks now, versus two years ago.

Hi reader,

While I'm welcoming new students into Grocery Budget Bootcamp, I wanted to share with you a few stories from our 2021 graduates. (Keep in mind that this class was one year after the world shut down and suddenly everything related to food and shopping became harder…)

Michelle from Alberta, Canada (family of 1) came to the class with both budgeting AND real food experience, and she almost didn't buy the course because she was unemployed when she registered. But in just eight weeks, she cut her spending from $450-500/month on groceries to just $200/month!

Katie from Florida (family of 5) also came to class with budgeting experience and was unsure if the investment would be worth the return. She also wasn't sure if she would be diligent enough to follow through with the course. Not only did she cut her spending by $500/month, but in her own words:

"There were a lot of things I have heard before, but putting them all together in the order that GBB presents - then filling in the blanks - that was the difference maker. It was a whirlwind, if I'm honest. Like drinking from a firehose at times! But in the beginning, Tiffany said to trust the system - and she was right. It's putting all the pieces of the puzzle together and creating an automatic saving system for ourselves."

Cheryl from Ohio (family of 2) cut her budget from $500/month to $250/month while cutting back on how much time she spent planning and shopping. In her words, "The best course (including FPU by Dave Ramsey) I've ever taken as an adult."

Kristen from Colorado (family of 4) was able to cut her budget from $1300/month to $850/month and said, "Such a great resource for everyone right now, as prices are going up. I know I can still save money even while our budget is getting crunched by rising food prices."

Leslie from Texas (family of 5) had a budget of $500 before the course, and cut it back to $430 while increasing the quality of her food! She said, "Most things that help you save money on groceries tell you to eat cheaper foods, a lot of boxed meals with canned foods. Then if you want to eat healthier you have to go all out and spend lots of money. I was so thankful to find something that not only teaches me how to eat real foods, BUT gives me the tools to save money at the same time!!"

Zoey from Washington (family of 4) said, "I love this approach because it allows me to look very specifically at my own situation, purchases, and values and find room to make changes. The lessons seem extremely thoughtful and well-designed. I think I expected there to be more hard rules about what I *should* be buying or eating, but of course, that would differ from one family to another! I likely would have saved time and money learning this here rather than in pieces over the years!!"

Enrollment for Grocery Budget Bootcamp ends in FIVE days (April 5), so now is the time to take the first step towards getting your food finances under control by registering for the course.
