Dear customer,
We understand that it can be difficult for employers in the hospitality sector to ensure workers are paid the National Minimum Wage correctly and sometimes mistakes are made.
Underpayments can arise in many ways: employees may have to pay for uniform or required dress code items, or may not have been paid for all the time worked. You may not even be aware that something has gone wrong.
To support you in making sure your workers are paid correctly, HMRC are offering two live webinars covering the most common mistakes employers make and how you can avoid them. Our expert advisers will be on hand to answer any questions you have about National Minimum Wage at these events.
