Favorite Browned Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

Well, it's really hard to choose a favorite cookie but luckily, we live in a world where you don't have to. "A cookie for every occasion," that's what we say! And these...these, dear hearts, are going to knock your socks off.
A thin, crispy golden edge with a chewy gooey center and a deep, rich, almost caramelly flavor thanks to a hefty amount of beautiful browned butter. They take a little extra time and a little extra willpower to not just eat the dough while you wait for it to rest (we know, don't do that, but also 😬). Anyway, they are worth every darn second - an absolute showstopper!
