Cranberry Pecan Brussels Sprout Salad and Pork Roast!๐Ÿ˜

How to Slice Up Steak Fries:
 
Make your own restaurant style potato wedges from scratch. Here's how... 
  • Cut one end of the potato for stability and place it on the counter cut side down.  Push an apple slicer through the potato.  
  • Toss the wedges with a little olive oil, salt and pepper plus any other seasoning you like.  
  • Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.  Place the wedges on a parchment lined sheet pan skin side down and roast them for 40-50  minutes.  Sprinkle on some parmesan cheese or cheddar cheese and enjoy!
  • PS:  You can also do this with sweet potatoes!
Here are some seasonings you can try to switch it up:
  • BBQ Seasoning
  • Lemon Pepper
  • Sriracha or Cayenne Seasoning
  • Taco Seasoning
