| | Our new mindfulness teacher, Jess Wood, will be joining Ella this Sunday at 6.30pm GMT for an Instagram Live to discuss practical tools to manage stress and anxiety.
Jess will lead us through a 10-minute mindfulness practice, followed by a Q&A with Ella.
