We've been busy in the kitchen this month, cooking up a series of cosy and warming recipes for the colder days ahead. There's everything from a garlicky cashew, courgette and potato gratin; to a sage, onion and pumpkin galette; plus the most delicious chocolate, cranberry, and pecan cookies. Our new mindfulness teacher, Jess Wood, will be joining Ella this Sunday at 6.30pm GMT for an Instagram Live to discuss practical tools to manage stress and anxiety. 

Jess will lead us through a 10-minute mindfulness practice, followed by a Q&A with Ella.
