American Indians and Alaska Natives: Honoring Their Culture and Contributions to Conservation, Agriculture

November is National American Indian and Alaska Native Heritage Month.

NRCS is honoring the contributions American Indians and Alaska Natives have made to conservation and agriculture.

The Little Bands of Odawa in Michigan, the Seminole in Florida, and the Huna Tlingit people of Hoonah, Alaska are among the American Indian and Alaska Native tribes NRCS partners with nationwide.
