What to look for when buying bulgur or cracked wheat for our recipes.

What is bulgur? It's used in KIBBEH and so many of our recipes.

Bulgur Wheat granules are partially cooked, then dried.
More golden in color than plain cracked wheat,
fine bulgur softens with a quick soak. No cooking required.

For fine bulgur, prep couldn't be simpler.

Fine Bulgur is an Essential in Tabblouleh, and Kibbehs of every kind. Coarse bulgur is for mujadara and pilafs.
