The following GAIN reports were released on October 27, 2021. _______   China: Plan for Green and Sustainable Ag Development The Chinese government unveiled its 14th Five-Year National Agriculture Green Development Plan (hereinafter referred to as "the Plan") on September 8, 2021. The Plan, jointly issued by six departments, including the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs (MARA), the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), the Ministry of Science and Technology (MOST), the Ministry of Natural Resources (MONR), the Ministry of Ecology and Environment (MEE), and the State Forestry and Grassland Administration (SFGA) identified resource protection, pollution control, restoration of agricultural ecology, and the development of a low-carbon agricultural industrial chains as key goals to be achieved between the years 2021 to 2025.   Indonesia: Dairy and Products Annual Shipment delays due to congestion in U.S. ports and container availability constrained U.S. dairy exports despite lower and competitive prices for U.S. SMP, cheese, and whey products.   Macau: COVID-19 Testing of Imported Foods and their Packaging Seeking to prevent the spread of COVID-19 virus through imported foods, the Macau government has been testing chilled and frozen foods and their packaging.
