🙄 Why am I even surprised that this happens to me?

Hi reader,

I have some not-so-earth-shattering news to share with you.

  1. Your people need to eat food.
  2. You will spend time in the kitchen preparing this food.
  3. Your people will need to eat again.
  4. You will spend time in the kitchen preparing this food… again.

Shocking, right?

It's a vicious cycle that we can't seem to get out of, but at the same time, most of us struggle with having enough time to put a healthy homemade meal on the table.

But let me ask you this:

What if you could spend LESS time in the kitchen and get MORE done?

That is my current goal, and with a few strategies in place, I'm able to get a real food dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less, every night of the week!

Want to know the secret?

Join me for a FREE 5-day 30 Minute Dinner Challenge where I'm sharing EXACTLY what I do to get dinner done quickly. The challenge starts September 27 - October 1!

Every day I'll go live at 11am EST, and every day I'll cook one of our go-to FAST meals so you can see the strategies in action.

Plus, these strategies are simple and straight-forward, so you can start using them right away to save time in the kitchen. 👌

So, consider this your official invitation - to join this free challenge, simply data-url_type="tracked_link" data-hash="" class="bc" style="border: 0px; text-decoration: none; text-size-adjust: 100%; color: rgb(234, 113, 119);">click this link and you'll automatically be registered for the free 5-day challenge.

You'll receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, and a reminder email with a meal plan to cook along with as we get closer to the start of the challenge. (Be sure to mark your calendar for September 27th!)

Until then, I'd love to hear what your go-to fast meals are. Are there any HEALTHY meals that are on your regular rotation that can be made in 30 minutes or less? Hit "reply" and share them with me!

ALL my best ♥,

PS - The last time I offered this challenge, the response was incredibly overwhelming. Not only did readers walk away with tangible ways to get dinner done faster, but everyone LOVED the recipes that came with the 30 minute meal plan!
