| Today, we have shared an update on our One IPO Transformation programme. We're in the first year of a five-year programme, so we're still in the early stages, but the programme is moving up a gear from this week. If you're new to our transformation programme, our One IPO Transformation update video will bring you up to speed. - We've carried out research to understand what customers need from a single service to manage all of their IP and personal information. We're using that feedback to build prototypes for our customer accounts
- We're getting started on our Secure IP service, where customers will apply for IP and have it registered or granted.
