The recruitment drive We recently wrote to you about our campaign to recruit additional vocational driving examiners in these areas: east England north-west England south England south-east England south-west England West Midlands north and south Wales The extra vocational examiners will enable us to offer even more lorry test appointments to help address the current lorry driver shortage and reduce test waiting times. Closing date The closing date for applications is 11.55pm next Thursday (2 September). These roles can offer part-time flexible working hours, including evening and weekend working opportunities.
