The Only Blueberry Muffin Recipe You Need

logo

Hey there!

It's blueberry picking season and if you're anything like me then there's an overabundance of blueberries in your kitchen.

Most summers I'll pick around 6-8 pounds of blueberries. I'll use about 1lb pound to make muffins, pancakes, and tons of oatmeal recipes. Then I'll freeze the rest to use in recipes throughout the year. Here are my instructions for freezing blueberries.

You can see all of my favorite blueberry recipes here but in this email I want to highlight my favorite blueberry muffin recipe.

Blueberry Greek Yogurt Muffins

Truth be told, I actually make this recipe year round, but there's just something about making muffins with fresh blueberries!

These muffins are moist, flavorful, and bursting with juicy blueberries. They are made with whole wheat flour, Greek yogurt, coconut oil, and no refined sugar. But, don't worry nobody knows these muffins are healthy so if you don't tell, I won't either. For all my gluten-free friends these are delicious made with Bob's Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free Flour.

The best part about these blueberry muffins is they get better by the day so make a batch for snacks all week or make a few batches to have ready for back to school lunches and snacks.

Tag me on Instagram or in the Facebook Group if you make any of these blueberry recipes. Also, if you have a favorite blueberry recipe reply back and let me know - I'm always looking for more!

Have a great day!

Tammy
