Stale bread? Don’t throw it away!

Hey reader reader,

Have stale bread? Or any bread? Make breadcrumbs!

Breadcrumbs are a must have in your kitchen pantry! So versatile - add crunch with a crumb, use them for binding or sprinkle on baked items for more texture.

While store bought breadcrumbs are easy to get your hands on, I suggest making your own

Check out my simple 3 Step methods for making breadcrumbs below!

3 Easy Steps to make Breadcrumbs:

Step 1: Toast the bread

Toast the bread using a toaster/oven/on the pan until evenly golden brown on both sides.

Step 2: Crumble the bread

Pulse the toasted bread in a food processor to get a slightly coarse grain texture. Pulse it further if you want small smooth crumbs.

Step 3: Use or Freeze

Use as desired in the recipe or store it for later use. You can also seal and freeze it for up to six months
