It is hot and we all need a few recipes that are easy to put together that won't warm up the house too much. Today I'm really excited to be sharing one of the easiest recipes ever. Let me introduce you to Pesto Chicken Pasta Salad!
This Pesto Chicken Pasta Salad has campanelle pasta, diced chicken, fresh tomatoes, and diced mozzarella tossed in an easy pesto. Serve it as a main dish or on the side without the chicken.

This is a perfect recipe to use when your garden is bursting with tomatoes and basil, which tends to happen at this time of year. Quickly whip up the pesto while the pasta is cooking, use a rotisserie chicken or leftover chicken, and then toss together. It really couldn't be easier to put together.
