View in browser Office of Financial Sanctions Implementation OFSI imposes monetary penalty OFSI has imposed a monetary penalty for a breach of financial sanctions regulations.  A penalty notice was issued to TransferGo Limited (TransferGo) for breaches of the The Ukraine (European Union Financial Sanctions) (No. 2) Regulations 2014 (the UK Regulations). A penalty of £50,000 was imposed.   The imposition of this penalty follows an investigation undertaken by OFSI and the conclusion of the relevant process, in line with OFSI's published guidance.
