Hi reader!
One of the most life changing experiences I've ever had was spending a summer living in a small town south of Tokyo in college. Getting the chance to learn about and experience a culture that is so wildly different than the one I'm familiar with is something I'll forever be grateful for.
I'll also never forget the food. My gosh, THE FOOD! From devouring fish fresh from the Tsukiji fish market, to real Tokyo ramen, Yoshinoya, yakisoba, and every new (to me) and exciting dish in between, I came home from that summer abroad with a new appreciation for Japanese food...and about 10 extra pounds.
One of the major contributors to my weight gain was potstickers - called gyoza in Japan (and probably Chu-Hi, but who can say for sure. 😂) Crispy on the bottom, soft and tender on top, they are one of life's most simple and irresistable pleasures.
They're also kind of time consuming to make. While there's nothing like a plate of hot and sizzling pan fried gyoza, my Potsticker Noodle Bowls will give you all the flavor in a fraction of the time. This recipe is so easy!
While I'd do anything to go back and order a big bowl of Tokyo ramen with a sidecar of gyoza, my Potsticker Noodle Bowls totally take me back. These noodles are one of my all time most popular recipes on IGE. I hope you love it as much as we do!

"This was amazing. I kept saying that it was the best dish I've ever made! And soooo easy. And so fast! And made with things I typically have in my pantry/fridge/freezer. This is a keeper!"
