Feeling a little stressed? 🌿

Hi There,

Can I share something with you?

I think we're all a little bit depleted from stress. It's constant in our lives. Stress from work, relationships, traffic, parenting. It just doesn't end.

We could all use a little relief.  And botanicals are one of the first places I look for stress support.

There's a class of herbs called adaptogens, and this type of herbs supports your body's stress response system.  One of the most effective ways to get that support is to incorporate these herbs into the everyday.

So, I put together a new recipe that I think you'll love. It's a luscious dark chocolate granola that's spiked with herbs that are traditionally used to promote calm relaxation and ease stress.

Plus, the granola tastes amazing. Rich with chocolate, lightly sweet, and nearly effortless to make.

Here's why you should give it a try:

  • It's easy to make. Seriously, there's a little mixing, and a little stirring, and that's about it.
  • It tastes delicious. It has a rich chocolate flavor spiked with sweet spices, such as cinnamon.
  • It's naturally sweetened. A little bit of maple syrup gives the granola a delicate sweetness which finds balance against rich cacao.
  • It's spiked with nourishing herbs.  Cacao gives you  energy boost, while reishi and ashwagandha may help to soothe stress and encourage relaxation.
