Rheolaethau i'w defnyddio ar ôl symud i Rybudd lefel 0 yng Nghymru

Ar 7 Awst, symudodd Cymru i Rybudd lefel 0.

Mae gofyniad cyfreithiol o hyd i gyflogwyr i gyflawni asesiad risg COVID-19 a chymryd mesurau rhesymol i leihau'r risg o ddod i gysylltiad â coronafeirws a'i ledaenu.

Dylech sicrhau bod y mesurau a nodwyd gan eich asesiad risg yn ystyried y rheoliadau ac arweiniad iechyd cyhoeddus ar gyfer y genedl rydych yn gweithio ynddi.

Yng Nghymru mae  ystod eang o bethau y gallai fod angen eu rhoi ar waith i leihau risgiau. Mae arweiniad manwl i gyflogwyr, busnesau a sefydliadau ar Rybudd lefel 0.

Controls to use after the move to Alert level 0 in Wales

On 7 August, Wales moved to Alert level 0.

There is still a legal requirement for employers to carry out a COVID-19 risk assessment and to take reasonable measures to minimise the risk of exposure to and spread of coronavirus.

You should make sure the measures identified by your risk assessment take account of the public health regulations and guidance for the nation you are working in.

In Wales there are a wide range of things that may need to be put in place to lower risks. There is more detailed guidance for employers, businesses and organisations on Alert level 0.
