I'm a sucker for a good pork cutlet and I'd have to give it to these two gigantic ones served at a "tea restaurant" in Guangzhou. Size aside, the pork was good quality perfectly crispy. Only complaint would be not having enough sauce but that's a small imperfection in an otherwise awesome meal.
