Hello everyone - You've had a big week, I know it. You deserve a treat - I see a big fat Tomahawk steak in your weekend! This is a project JB and I have been working on for the past few weeks to really nail it down. Tomahawk is a premium steak, nobody wants to stuff it up!

PS We also figured out how to make this without a BBQ and how to throw a tomahawk party, stress free.
PPS If you don't make the Tomahawk, at least make the Cowboy Butter. You'll use it on everything!
