Paired with a simple sweet chili sauce (it simmer son the stove for a few minutes), the combo is extra flavorful and irresistible. This recipe does well as a light vegan main or as a side dish situation. The cauliflower and sauce are also excellent as part of a more complete rice/grain bowl setup.
