Sometimes eaten in a frenzy as a finger food at 5pm, but usually tossed on top of a creamy kale caesar salad like you see here - it's bar food meets wholesome food.
Zero batters and breading, zero cutting boards to wash. Just a two ingredient hot sauce + butter combo and a quick air fry or bake for the crispy tofu as your base.
You can throw this tofu into a wrap or bowl, but lately what has really been floating my boat is just a big ol' pile of this saucy tofu on top of a classic Caesar salad. My faves:
The store-bought vegan Caesar dressing from Trader Joe's, massaged into kale (it's in the refrigerated section)
The bagged Caesar from Trader Joe's when time is really tight
It's easy and it's delicious. I hope you love it!
PS. If you're not a fan of buffalo flavors, try this sesame apricot tofu (made it again last week - so good) or just our classic, fan-fave air fryer tofu which can be dipped in any sauce you like!
PS. I always appreciate your comments and ratings if you make it and love it! ❤️ THANK YOU! These recipe ratings on the site help others to find the recipes that are most popular and well-loved!
