When it's 20 degrees here in Ohio, I want pasta and casseroles and slices of homemade bread with butter.
When it starts to get warmer, I crave a lot of salads--and who are we kidding, slices of homemade bread with butter because that never goes out of season!
If you opened my refrigerator, you'd find a couple bottles of store-bought salads dressing.
I've got nothing against those, especially if a particular dressing means eating more veggies.
You'd also find a couple mason jars of homemade dressing. One of them is always always always our House Dressing (get the recipe below).
My latest favorite is a Creamy Balsamic that's smooth and tangy and uses yogurt instead of mayo.
I've included a third dressing recipe below too, which is a dupe for the dressing on COSI's beloved Signature Salad (If you know, you know).
Hope these dressings give you some salad-season inspiration. 🥗
