Muhammara is such a treat: roasted red peppers (which you can buy all set in a jar), toasted walnuts, panko, pomegranate molasses, garlic, and more. Watch it disappear!
It tastes as great as it looks, and if you make a lot, use it well into the next week as a salad dressing. This is a keeper for most anytime you want an ultra-flavorful homemade dip recipe!
The garlic itself, roasted, is flavorful enough to stand as it's own dip-spread. Could not be easier to make! And tastes great, of course--it's garlic!
