Hi reader,
I absolutely cannot believe that Christmas is TOMORROW!!
And hopefully, you've finished your shopping.
The one thing I left on my list is a fun and festive breakfast for Christmas morning!
Our family tradition for Christmas breakfast is overnight cinnamon rolls (which work GREAT for einkorn too), but cranberry orange scones and pumpkin chocolate chip muffins are close runner-ups.
I know this is so last minute but, if you need some ideas for Christmas breakfast that won't take long to make, here are some reader favorites: And if you have an extra 20 minutes to spare, these are really good too:
Remember, no matter what you do, MAKE EXTRA so you can save time later!
Merry Christmas!
PS: I sent you an invitation last week… did you get it?
