Authentic Hungarian Goulash (Gulyás)
Here in the U.S. goulash is a dish commonly made with macaroni pasta and ground beef.  However traditional Hungarian goulash is something entirely different - it is a centuries-old beef stew with a flavor profile unlike any other. This dish is a prime example of how a few simple ingredients, cooked properly, can produce something really incredible.  The national dish of Hungary, here is a thoroughly authentic Hungarian Goulash with a depth and richness of flavor that will "wow" your taste buds!

Germknödel (Austrian Yeast Dumplings)
These famous steamed soft and fluffy yeast dumplings are filled with plum preserves and topped with browned butter, poppy seeds and powdered sugar.  Popular throughout Austria and the Bavaria region of southern Germany, Germknödel is a dessert but is often served as a main meal because it's so filling – and oh so delicious!
