I can hardly believe we're already approaching the end of November!  But with that comes the invitation to enjoy all of those favorite Thanksgiving traditions as well as a whole host of comfort dishes that are especially welcome as the outdoor temperatures cool.  Here are two traditional dishes from Hungary and Austria along with family favorites from our Thanksgiving table!   Here in the U.S. goulash is a dish commonly made with macaroni pasta and ground beef.  However traditional Hungarian goulash is something entirely different - it is a centuries-old beef stew with a flavor profile unlike any other.
