Ingredients: Duck Meat, Water, Ginger, Cumin, Dry Chilli, Garlic, Green Chilli, Onion, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Bay Leaf, Mustard Oil, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Clove. Recipe at a Glance: Step 1: Clean the meat. Step 2: Make a paste of Ginger, Cumin, Dry Chilli, Garlic and Green Chilli and keep aside. Step 3: Chop onion. Step 4: Mix the paste, salt, turmeric powder, bay leaf, mustard oil and chopped onion with meat and marinate. Step 5: Fry dry chilli, cardamom, cinnamon, clove and chopped onion in mustard oil. Step 6: Add marinated meat into it and cook well. Step 7: Make a paste of cinnamon, cardamom and clove and keep aside. Step 8: When the duck meat releases oil, add water to prevent the spice from burning. Step 9: Add green chilli (optional) and clove, cardamom, cinnamon paste into meat and cook. It's ready to serve, let's taste.
