Halloween is only two days away.

If you're going to indulge, my advice is to make sure it's worth it! 

Pick out one or two of your very favorite traditional or seasonal treats or your favorite kind of dark chocolate and satisfy your cravings this way. 

It's so much easier to rebound when you avoid the overly-processed stuff!
