Hi reader, I was chatting with some mom friends the other day and, pardon my french, but October kicked our butts! The month has simultaneously crawled while also flown by. Make it make sense! With busy schedules, an upcoming time change, and the holiday season on our doorsteps, we're all in need of quick and easy meals more than ever — which is where the 15 weeknight heroes (aka one pan recipes) swoop in to save the day. These simple, family-friendly dinner recipes require minimal clean up since they're made in one pan, and are mostly complete meals in one meaning you don't have to mess around with a bunch of side dishes. Whip up a fresh salad or set out chopped veggies with homemade ranch dressing (my kids call this "Mama's Ranch" ๐ฅฐ๐ฅน) and dinner is done!
