Whether you're trick or treating with the kiddos, handing out candy, or staying cozy at home, my signature chili with the perfect balance of smoke, spice, and a hint of sweet is the perfect dinner to make and enjoy on the last day of October. Outrageously delicious and super simple too, this chili is best served with shredded cheese, chopped green onions, and plenty of tortilla chips. Don't forget the Gluten Free Cornbread!
