Onion
Garlic
Ground Beef or Turkey
Spicy sausage links (can omit!)
Crushed tomatoes and diced tomatoes
Chicken broth
Spices: Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes, salt and pepper
Fresh basil
Gluten-free lasagna noodles
