| This might be my favourite way to eat a high volume of kale. It's my take on the classic holiday side! Taking the extra 12-15 minutes to caramelize the shallots is so worth it. And the spiced crunchy bread crumbs on top provide the perfect texture contrast to the soft and creamy kale.
