5 Last Minute Holiday Recipes 🌟

Thanksgiving week is here! πŸŽ‰

If you're still finalizing your menu or not quite sure what to make on Thursday, I've got you covered. Today, I'm sharing some of my favorite simple + easy recipes to make in a pinch before the holiday. No stress!

Here are 5 stress-free holiday recipes to add to your Thanksgiving celebration:

Pumpkin Bread with Chocolate Chips & Pecans

It doesn't get much easier than this pumpkin chocolate chip bread! Canned pumpkin and tons of spices gets mixed together first, then vegetable oil to keep the bread nice and moist, eggs, sugar, flour, and the all-important add-ins.

Cinnamon-Sugar Candied Pecans

These easy, oven-baked candied pecans are the salty, sweet snack you need in your life right now. Serve these as part of a Thanksgiving charcuterie board or put them out with the football snacks (or even desserts)!

Taffy Apple Salad

I love the crunch of the fresh apples, the salty peanuts, and of course, the pineapple and marshmallows that make up this taffy apple salad!

Pumpkin Gingerbread Trifle

Cubes of spiced gingerbread, a pumpkin cream filling and fresh whipped cream? Yes, PLEASE! Our family usually goes the traditional route at Thanksgiving with pumpkin pie, but this pumpkin gingerbread trifle is a delicious alternative if you are looking for something different (and use a box mix for the gingerbread to make it quick and easy!).

Grandma's Ambrosia Salad

Known in some circles as "fruit salad with marshmallows," this easy five-ingredient ambrosia salad takes only five minutes to make, is super customizable, and perfect for serving a crowd.

What's your go-to easy holiday recipe?
