Loaded with healthy veggies and the smoky flavor of bacon, this is one of my favorite soups and one that my family regularly requests.

This classic brothy German potato soup is actually the very first soup that I made by myself as a young pre-teen in Germany when we invited my Oma and Opa over for dinner. I had made it the week before as a practice run and it was such a hit that my mom suggested I make it for our next extended family dinner. It has remained a family favorite ever since.

Vibrantly colorful and packed with flavor, this soup is sure to satisfy both tummy and soul!

Spanish Catalan Cream is similar to French crème brûlée but is much older in origin and has a different flavor profile.

It's actually one of Europe's oldest desserts and has stood the test of time for a very good reason: It's absolutely fabulous! Spain's famous burnt custard dessert, Crema Catalana, is flavored with orange, lemon, and a hint of cinnamon. It has an irresistibly creamy texture and that wonderful caramelized burnt sugar topping.

It's easy to make, is deliciously elegant, and will absolutely "wow" your dinner guests!

Last week....

This Zuppa Tosana is pure comfort in a bowl!

Savory bacon, zesty sausage, creamy potatoes, and kale mingle to create a truly memorable soup that will have you coming back for seconds.

Thoroughly delicious and positively packed with flavor, it's sure to become a family favorite!
