One pan, 12-ish ingredients, cooks up in 30 minutes, and loaded with plant-based protein! Using orange marmalade (or any fruit preserve) is a super quick way to get a sticky glaze that clings to tofu, vegetables etc!
It's the perfect sweet-sour canvas here, combining nicely with sautéed sweet onion, spices, ginger, garlic, and a squeeze of lemon at the end. So good and honestly kind of fun to make :)
