Today you're in for a real treat because I'm sharing my recipe for restaurant-style Aloo Kofta. Cheesy potato patties are pan-fried until crisp and golden brown then served on a bed of rich and creamy gravy that tastes a lot like Makhani gravy. If you're in need of a pick-me-up after a not-so-great day, this carby plate of deliciousness is sure to lift your spirits.
While the ingredient list is somewhat long, most of the items are what I'd consider kitchen staples — it's likely you already have most of what you need on hand. And, while the preparation of these delectably spiced potato cheese balls might take slightly more than an hour, none of the steps is particularly difficult. Go ahead and give it a try!
